Good stay overall
spacious room comfortable bed varied choices crowded pool worn areas costly transport
The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable I must say. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and cuisines. I also appreciated the proximity to the beach. It made access very easy.
The pool was quite crowded with children. Securing a spot was a challenge. I also noticed that some of the outdoor areas looked a bit worn. transportation to other areas could be costly since the hotel location is quite distant.

charmed by little things
clean room fresh towels quick response nice chocolate
i liked the clean room. the hotel provided fresh towels daily. the minibar was stocked. the bed was so comfy. the housekeeping service was on point. they was quick to respond to requests. the staff even left a nice chocolate on the pillows each night. i found this so cute.
i did have some struggle finding a free sunbed near the pool one afternoon. maybe more sunbeds would helped.

the room included a king-size bed. a separate seating area was there. the bathroom has a rainfall shower. complimentary toiletries provided. two bottles of water were replenished daily for guest. they had a balcony with sea views.

the front desk staff was fluent in multiple languages. daily housekeeping ensured rooms was clean. room service was available 24 hours. staff assisted with luggage upon arrival. valet parking service available.

the buffet had a wide selection of foods. fresh fruit juices was available. the restaurant offered vegetarian options. seating arrangements were spacious. high chairs available for kids in family. live cooking stations were present during breakfast.

the hotel has direct access to a private beach. many shops are located nearby. the distance to local attractions were short. taxis were readily available outside the entrance. local supermarket just around corner, that's helpfull.

charmed by this stay!
good variety cooking station nice beach
everything felt special! the breakfast had good variety! the live cooking station also prepared the orders i requested. the pool was very nice and spacious, it was easy to relax. the beach was steps away from the hotel and very clean.
the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours! i sometimes waited for a while. it's minor but it added a bit of inconvenience to my day.

the room included a king bed, a sofa bed, and a balcony. it also has a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. the bathroom featured a separate shower and a soaking tub. good for families!
